June 17, 2014: The NRDCR&LF family bids farewell to Mr. Gopal Prasad Khanal, the Deputy Chief Livestock Production Officer, as he will be joining his new place of posting at the Water Services Division (WSD), under the Department of Water (DoW), MoENR, Thimphu. Mr. Gopal has been a dedicated member since 2017, serving seven years under the Fisheries Ecology and Environment (FEE) Unit.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Gopal consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
