On June 11, 2024, the Director of the Department of Livestock visited the Centre as part of her scheduled program to attend the closing ceremony on Greenhouse Gas (GHS) workshop in Haa. The workshop participants accompanied the director during the visit.

The visit included a detailed guided tour of the Centre’s facilities, highlighting several key areas: the Rainbowtrout farm, the Sturgeon rearing facilities both in the hatcheries and outdoor environments, the Artemia culturing laboratory, and the Fish Repository Unit.
