Subsequent to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Department of Livestock
and the Bhutan Livestock Development Corporation Ltd. (BLDCL), a simple handing-taking ceremony
was held at the NRDCRLF, Haa on 19th August 2021. With that, the Centre, under the guidance of DOL,
officially handed over the production units of the Trout Breeding Centre to BLDC. Staffs from both
agencies attended the event that was graced by an official representative from DOL, Thimphu.
